Fujifilm Collection
Fujifilm is a Japanese imaging company founded in 1934. It began in photographic film and still makes it — which is why it is the only major brand keeping instant photography alive through the Instax line, alongside 35mm colour negative film.
The range here covers Instax film in all three formats, instant cameras, and the accessories that go with them.
Instax film comes in three formats — and they are not interchangeable
- Instax Mini — credit-card sized, 54 x 86mm. The most common format, used by Mini 11, 12, 40, Evo and LiPlay.
- Instax Square — 62 x 62mm square image, for Square-series cameras.
- Instax Wide — double the width of Mini, for the Wide 300, 210 and 200.
Buying the wrong format is the single most common Instax mistake. Check which camera you own before ordering film — a Wide pack will not load into a Mini camera.
Worth knowing before you buy
Film is the ongoing cost. The camera is bought once; film is bought forever. Work out the cost per shot before choosing a format, since Wide costs more per frame than Mini.
Store film somewhere cool. Heat and humidity degrade instant film, shifting colours and reducing contrast. In Philippine conditions, keep unopened packs away from direct sun and out of a hot car, and use them before the expiry date rather than stockpiling.
Cameras and printers carry a 1-year warranty. Film is a consumable and is not covered. All ship nationwide across the Philippines.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which Instax film does my camera use?
There are three formats and they are not interchangeable. Instax Mini fits the Mini 11, 12, 40, Evo and LiPlay. Instax Square fits Square-series cameras. Instax Wide fits the Wide 300, 210 and 200. Check your camera before ordering, since a Wide pack will not physically load into a Mini camera.
What is the difference between Mini, Square and Wide?
Print size. Mini is credit-card sized at 54 x 86mm, Square is 62 x 62mm, and Wide is roughly double the width of Mini. Wide costs more per frame, which matters because film is an ongoing cost rather than a one-time purchase.
How should I store instant film in the Philippines?
Somewhere cool and out of direct sun. Heat and humidity degrade instant film, shifting colours and flattening contrast, and a hot car will ruin a pack quickly. Buy film as you need it rather than stockpiling, and use it before the expiry date.
What makes the LiPlay different from a normal Instax?
It is hybrid. A standard Instax prints every frame the moment you shoot it, so a bad shot still costs a sheet. The LiPlay shows the image first and lets you choose whether to print, and it also prints photos sent from a phone.
Can I use FUJIFILM 400 film in an Instax camera?
No. FUJIFILM 400 is 35mm colour negative film for traditional film cameras, and needs C41 lab development. Instax film is self-developing and only works in Instax cameras. They are entirely different products despite the shared brand.
Why do my instant photos look washed out?
Usually lighting or temperature. Instax film has a narrow exposure range, so very bright or very dim scenes struggle. Cold film develops with a blue cast and hot film with a warm one, so let a pack reach room temperature before shooting and shield the print from sun while it develops.
Is there warranty support in the Philippines?
Yes. Fujifilm cameras and printers bought from VMIDirect carry a 1-year warranty handled locally, with nationwide shipping. Film is a consumable and is not covered.
