RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
This policy is valid for the Philippines only.
At VMi Direct, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service in accordance with the consumer protection standards set by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394).
✅ 1. 7-Day Replacement for Defective Products
If your purchased item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for a replacement or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
This policy applies only to products that are found to be defective upon arrival or develop a verified manufacturing defect within the first 7 days of use.
⚠️ This policy does not cover “change of mind” returns, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
📄 2. Proof of Purchase Required
To qualify for a replacement, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as:
- Official receipt
- Sales invoice
- Order confirmation email
- Transaction record from our website
Without proof of purchase, we may not be able to process your replacement request.

The item must be returned in original condition, which includes:
- Complete with original packaging and labels
- All accessories, manuals, cables, and freebies included
- No signs of physical damage, tampering, or improper use
- In a resalable (marketable) condition
Products that are damaged due to mishandling, modification, or incorrect installation will not be eligible for replacement.

- Change of mind
- Wrong color, size, or model selected
- Buyer’s remorse
- Products that are not defective
- Customer Misuse
- Improper Handling of the Customer

How the film works
Instax film is an integral film containing layers of emulsion and developing dye sandwiched within the sheet, with developing and fixing chemicals stored in the white border sack at the bottom of the image. Pushing the film out of the camera triggers the development process automatically, producing sharp, vivid, true-to-color prints.
Worth knowing before you buy
Instax Mini film only fits Mini-format cameras — it won't work in an Instax Wide or Instax Square camera, since each format uses a different film size.

Which cameras does Instax Mini film fit?
Any Mini-format camera, including the Mini 90, 8, 7, 7s, 10, 25, 30, 50i, 55i, 300, and the Share SP-1 printer. It will not fit Instax Square or Wide cameras, which use different film sizes entirely.
What is the difference between all the styles listed?
They are decorative border and finish variations on the same core film, such as plain, glossy, monochrome, rainbow border and novelty designs like Hello Kitty. All expose and develop identically; the difference is purely the printed border style.
How many sheets come in a pack?
10 sheets in the standard pack, with some variants offering bundles of 2, 3 or 5 packs for 20, 30 or 50 sheets total. Check the specific variant for the sheet count you need.
How should I store unused film?
Somewhere cool and out of direct sun. Heat and humidity degrade instant film, shifting colours and reducing contrast, so avoid leaving packs in a hot car or humid storage.
Does black film work differently?
The Black Film variant prints on a black background rather than white, giving photos a different aesthetic. It still develops the same way as standard film once exposed.
