PLACING AN ORDER
When you see a product you want, click Add to Cart, then open your cart and check out. You can check out as a guest or create an account. We recommend creating an account — it saves your details for next time and lets you track your order status.
CHECKING YOUR ORDER
Log in and open Order History to see your order status. You will also get an email when the order is placed, and again when it ships (with a tracking number).
CHANGING OR CANCELLING AN ORDER
We start processing orders as soon as they are placed, so contact us as soon as possible to change or cancel. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are handled the next business day.
Occasionally we cancel an order — usually because an item is out of stock or we cannot ship to the address given. If that happens you will get an email, and you will not be billed for cancelled items.
DELIVERY OR PICK-UP — YOUR CHOICE
PICK-UP
- Office pick-up in Malate, Manila — by appointment only, no walk-ins. Message us first to arrange a time and confirm stock. Cash accepted for pick-ups.
DELIVERY
- Metro Manila: same day if ordered before 4:00 PM, next business day if after. Free on orders over ₱3,000; below that, a delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
- Outside Metro Manila: around 5–7 business days via local couriers (J&T, GoGo Xpress, Lalamove). Delivery fee calculated at checkout.
