NIIMBOT makes portable Bluetooth label printers, known in Asia as Jingchen (JC). Founded in 2012 and headquartered in Wuhan, it built the category of pocket label printers that work from a phone app with no computer, no drivers and no ink.
The printers are thermal, so the image is burned into heat-sensitive paper rather than printed with ink or toner. That is why there is nothing to refill except the label roll itself.

Worth knowing before you buy
Direct thermal versus thermal transfer matters more here than in cooler countries. Most NIIMBOT printers use direct thermal, where the label darkens under heat — which means the print also fades over time in sunlight, heat and humidity. Fine for price tags and short-term organising. The B18 uses thermal transfer with a carbon ribbon instead, producing marks that last far longer, which is what you want for cable labels, asset tags and anything left in a hot room for years.
Check label compatibility before ordering rolls. The D-series, B-series and H1S take different label widths, and rolls are not interchangeable across all models.
Printers carry a 1-year warranty. Label rolls and ribbons are consumables and are not covered. All ship nationwide across the Philippines.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do NIIMBOT printers need ink?
No. They print thermally, which means heat darkens the label itself. There is no ink, toner or cartridge to buy — only the label roll. The B18 is the exception, using a carbon ribbon alongside the label for longer-lasting prints.
Will the printing fade?
Direct thermal prints do fade over time, faster in heat, humidity and sunlight, which matters in Philippine conditions. That is acceptable for price tags and short-term organising. For labels that must last years, choose the B18, which uses thermal transfer with a ribbon and resists fading far better.
What is the difference between direct thermal and thermal transfer?
Direct thermal burns the image into heat-sensitive paper, so nothing but the label is consumed. Thermal transfer melts pigment from a carbon ribbon onto the label, so you buy both label and ribbon, and the result lasts much longer. The B18 is thermal transfer; the rest are direct thermal.
Are label rolls interchangeable between models?
Not entirely. The D-series, B-series and H1S take different widths, and the B18 needs thermal transfer labels rather than direct thermal ones. Check your printer model against the roll before ordering, since the wrong roll will not feed correctly.
Do I need a computer?
No. The printers connect over Bluetooth to a phone app where you design the label, choose a template and print. That is the main advantage over desktop label printers, which need drivers and a computer.
Can I use these for Shopee or Lazada waybills?
No. NIIMBOT printers are for small product and price labels. A6 shipping waybills need a wider waybill printer such as the Xprinter XP-420B.
Is there warranty support in the Philippines?
Yes. NIIMBOT printers bought from VMIDirect carry a 1-year warranty handled locally, with nationwide shipping. Label rolls and ribbons are consumables and are not covered.
