Shipping Policy
Couriers
We ship with trusted local couriers — J&T Express, GoGo Xpress and Lalamove — chosen by destination and order size.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 2 business days, and usually sooner. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
Delivery time
- Metro Manila: same day for orders placed before 4:00 PM; next business day for orders placed after 4:00 PM.
- Outside Metro Manila: around 5–7 business days via local couriers.
Delivery times may vary due to weather, courier volume or other circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping fees
- Metro Manila: free on orders over ₱3,000. Below ₱3,000, a delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on weight, size and address.
- Outside Metro Manila: a delivery fee is calculated at checkout.
Office pick-up
You may pick up your order at our office — 3B, 1747 Taft Avenue corner Julio Nakpil Street, Malate, Manila — by appointment only, no walk-ins. Message us first to arrange a time and confirm stock. Cash is accepted for office pick-ups.
Tracking
You will receive a tracking number once your order has shipped. Keep it to monitor delivery.
Payment on delivery
We do not offer cash on delivery (COD). Payment is made online at checkout — GCash, card, bank deposit (BDO), PayPal, or BillEase / Home Credit installments.
