For most church, event and film crews in the Philippines, the SYNCO Xtalk X is the intercom to start with: full duplex, up to 350 m line of sight and up to 24 hours per battery, from ₱5,486.88 per headset. Choose the XPro or XMax when you need up to 500 m of range for large venues.
Shouting across a church hall or texting the camera operator mid-service does not work. A wireless intercom headset lets the director, camera, sound desk and stage team talk to each other hands-free, all at once, like a phone call. SYNCO's Xtalk range is the most searched intercom brand on our store, so this guide compares the X, XPro and XMax kits we stock with live prices.
What is a full duplex wireless intercom?
A full duplex intercom lets everyone on the team talk and listen at the same time, with no push-to-talk button. That keeps hands free for cameras and sound desks, unlike a walkie-talkie where one person speaks at a time.
The Xtalk headsets connect to each other over 2.4GHz with no base station. On the Xtalk X, up to 13 headsets can join one group. On the X9, SYNCO's MasterFree system keeps the team talking even if one headset is lost or runs out of battery.
What is the difference between the SYNCO Xtalk X, XPro and XMax?
The Xtalk X reaches up to 350 m line of sight with ENC noise cancellation. The XPro and XMax use two external antennas for up to 500 m and add 3.5mm monitoring. The XMax also has AI dual-mic noise cancellation.
On the XPro and XMax, the 3.5mm SmartFlow input lets a camera operator hear the camera or recorder audio in the same headset they use to talk to the crew, so they do not need a second pair of headphones. The XPro also has AEC echo cancellation from 150Hz to 7kHz and a one-button mute-all for the master headset.
How many headsets do I need?
Count every person who must hear cues at the same time: usually the director or producer, each camera operator, the sound or livestream desk and a stage manager. A small church team often needs two to five headsets.
Each kit comes in single-headset, 2-headset and 5-headset sets. Single headsets let you add a person later. The SYNCO XTalk X9 set includes nine headsets for a full crew, and the XPro is also sold as a 9-headset set.

Does the SYNCO Xtalk work through walls?
It can, with reduced range. The quoted distances are line of sight, so concrete walls, floors and crowds shorten them. Boost Mode switches frequency to strengthen the signal, and the SYNCO Link signal booster extends range across separate rooms.
The SYNCO Link signal booster (₱9,299) can also link two groups and lets an Xtalk system grow beyond 13 users. It suits multi-floor churches, venues and outdoor events.
How long do the batteries last?
Each SYNCO X-Talk battery runs a headset for up to 24 hours and recharges in about 2.5 hours. The batteries are replaceable, so one spare per headset covers back-to-back services, all-day shoots and events.
Spare batteries cost ₱699 each or ₱3,489 for five, and a 2-slot USB-C charging station is ₱699 in our Xtalk accessories.
How do church teams use a wireless intercom?
The director calls cues to the camera operators, the livestream desk and the stage manager without anyone leaving their post. Camera operators hear when to change shots, and the sound desk hears when a speaker is about to start.
Before the service, do a quick radio check with every headset, confirm they are all in the same group and turn on noise cancellation if a headset is near loud speakers. Keep charged spare batteries at the sound desk for long programs.
