RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
This policy is valid for the Philippines only.
At VMi Direct, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service in accordance with the consumer protection standards set by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394).
✅ 1. 7-Day Replacement for Defective Products
If your purchased item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for a replacement or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
This policy applies only to products that are found to be defective upon arrival or develop a verified manufacturing defect within the first 7 days of use.
⚠️ This policy does not cover “change of mind” returns, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

Is the audio genuinely stereo?
Yes, left and right are sent independently with no compression, separation or delay. Many budget systems sum to mono or compress the signal, which flattens the mix. Independent channels preserve the stereo image you set at the desk.
Can I adjust left and right separately?
