RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
This policy is valid for the Philippines only.
At VMi Direct, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service in accordance with the consumer protection standards set by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394).
✅ 1. 7-Day Replacement for Defective Products
If your purchased item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for a replacement or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
This policy applies only to products that are found to be defective upon arrival or develop a verified manufacturing defect within the first 7 days of use.
⚠️ This policy does not cover “change of mind” returns, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

To qualify for a replacement, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as:

- Sales invoice
- Order confirmation email
- Transaction record from our website
Without proof of purchase, we may not be able to process your replacement request.

The item must be returned in original condition, which includes:
- Complete with original packaging and labels
- All accessories, manuals, cables, and freebies included
- No signs of physical damage, tampering, or improper use
- In a resalable (marketable) condition
Products that are damaged due to mishandling, modification, or incorrect installation will not be eligible for replacement.

How many people can speak at once with the XTUGA CM280?

Why does it have four antennas?
Four professional antennas give better frequency stability and reception across a room where participants sit at different distances from the receiver. In a boardroom with people spread around a table, that consistency matters more than raw range.
What is PLL frequency synthesis?
Phase-locked loop multi-channel synthesis keeps each channel precisely tuned and separated from the others. It is what allows eight microphones to run together with minimal interference, which fixed-frequency systems struggle with.
Is it suitable for a boardroom or a church?
Both. It is designed as a complete wireless conference set, so it suits meeting rooms, council chambers, training rooms and church settings where several people need to speak from their seats rather than passing a handheld around.
Why gooseneck rather than handheld microphones?
A gooseneck stays positioned at the speaker's seat, so it is always where it needs to be and adjusts to each person's height. Handhelds have to be passed around, which interrupts a discussion and gets dropped.
Do I need a mixer?
The receiver outputs to a mixer, amplifier or powered speaker. In a larger room with multiple speakers, a mixer gives control over individual levels, which matters when participants speak at very different volumes.
