RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
This policy is valid for the Philippines only.
At VMi Direct, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service in accordance with the consumer protection standards set by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394).
✅ 1. 7-Day Replacement for Defective Products
If your purchased item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for a replacement or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
This policy applies only to products that are found to be defective upon arrival or develop a verified manufacturing defect within the first 7 days of use.
⚠️ This policy does not cover “change of mind” returns, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
📄 2. Proof of Purchase Required
To qualify for a replacement, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as:
- Official receipt
- Sales invoice
- Order confirmation email
- Transaction record from our website
Without proof of purchase, we may not be able to process your replacement request.

The item must be returned in original condition, which includes:
- Complete with original packaging and labels
- All accessories, manuals, cables, and freebies included
- No signs of physical damage, tampering, or improper use
- In a resalable (marketable) condition
Products that are damaged due to mishandling, modification, or incorrect installation will not be eligible for replacement.

How does the rolling sifting process work?
Once your cat leaves, the globe rotates and litter passes through a sieve, separating waste into a sealed drawer while clean litter returns to the bed. Because it happens straight after each visit rather than on a timer, your cat always steps into fresh litter.
How effective is the odour removal?
Up to 90 percent with the double odour removal system. The larger contributor is that waste is removed after every visit rather than sitting in an open tray, which is where most litter box smell actually comes from.
Will my cat use it?
Most cats adapt within a week or two. Keep the old tray available nearby during the transition, place the unit somewhere quiet, and let your cat explore it before removing the alternative. Forcing the change quickly is what causes rejection.
Is it safe if my cat goes back in mid-cycle?
Sensors detect a cat entering and stop the cycle. Supervise for the first few days regardless, check your cat's weight is within the stated range, and do not use automatic mode with kittens too light to trigger the sensors.
What litter does it need?
Clumping litter, since sifting depends on waste holding together. CATLINK Cassava and Mars 2.0 are formulated for these units. Check sifter compatibility before using tofu or pellet litter, as particle size affects separation.
