RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
This policy is valid for the Philippines only.
At VMi Direct, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service in accordance with the consumer protection standards set by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394).
✅ 1. 7-Day Replacement for Defective Products
If your purchased item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for a replacement or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
This policy applies only to products that are found to be defective upon arrival or develop a verified manufacturing defect within the first 7 days of use.
⚠️ This policy does not cover “change of mind” returns, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

To qualify for a replacement, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as:
- Official receipt
- Sales invoice
- Order confirmation email
- Transaction record from our website
Without proof of purchase, we may not be able to process your replacement request.

The item must be returned in original condition, which includes:
- Complete with original packaging and labels
- All accessories, manuals, cables, and freebies included
- No signs of physical damage, tampering, or improper use
- In a resalable (marketable) condition
Products that are damaged due to mishandling, modification, or incorrect installation will not be eligible for replacement.

- Wrong color, size, or model selected
- Buyer’s remorse
- Products that are not defective

- Improper Handling of the Customer
- Water Damages to Electronic Products

Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of VMi Direct and are not guaranteed.

No, the panel is sold separately from the power station. It is designed to pair with Pecron's E600LFP, E1500LFP, E2000LFP or E3600LFP units, so check you already own or are ordering a compatible station.
How much charge does 300W actually add?
Real-world solar input depends on sunlight strength, angle and weather, so 300W is a peak rating rather than a constant figure. Expect meaningfully less on a cloudy day or with the panel poorly angled to the sun.
Is it worth it over just charging from the wall?
For off-grid use, extended outages or reducing electricity cost, yes. For a power station that mostly sits charged at home for emergencies, wall charging alone is simpler and the panel is optional.
How do I get the best charging efficiency?
Angle the panel directly toward the sun and keep it clear of shade, since even partial shading on a solar panel can disproportionately cut output across the whole panel, not just the shaded section.
Is it durable enough to leave outside?
Check the specific weather resistance rating on the listing before leaving it out unattended, particularly ahead of rain, since panel durability varies by model.
