RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
This policy is valid for the Philippines only.
At VMi Direct, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service in accordance with the consumer protection standards set by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394).
✅ 1. 7-Day Replacement for Defective Products
If your purchased item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for a replacement or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
This policy applies only to products that are found to be defective upon arrival or develop a verified manufacturing defect within the first 7 days of use.
⚠️ This policy does not cover “change of mind” returns, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
📄 2. Proof of Purchase Required
To qualify for a replacement, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as:
- Official receipt
- Sales invoice
- Order confirmation email
- Transaction record from our website
Without proof of purchase, we may not be able to process your replacement request.
📦 3. Condition of the Product
The item must be returned in original condition, which includes:
- Complete with original packaging and labels
- All accessories, manuals, cables, and freebies included
- No signs of physical damage, tampering, or improper use
- In a resalable (marketable) condition
Products that are damaged due to mishandling, modification, or incorrect installation will not be eligible for replacement.

Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of VMi Direct and are not guaranteed.

Ganda ng minimalist design at fold-down handle. Very compact para sa 504Wh power capacity.
Ang linaw ng digital screen display. Accurate yung input/output wattage meter at battery percentage.
Namo-monitor ko agad sa phone via BLUETTI App kung ilan percent na lang at gaano kalakas ang power usage.

Gumagana nang maayos sa work setup ko. Medyo umiinit lang nang kaunti ang adapter charger kapag fast charging.

What can the BLUETTI AC50P run during a brownout?
Its 504Wh battery gives around 428Wh usable. That covers a laptop, router and phone at roughly 100W combined for about 4 hours, or an electric fan and lights for considerably longer. It is not sized for a refrigerator or any heating appliance.
Can I add more capacity later?
Yes. The B80 expansion battery adds a further 806Wh, taking the total to around 1310Wh. That makes it a sensible starting point if you are unsure how much capacity you need.
What does the AI battery management system actually do?
The BLUETOPUS BMS monitors and adjusts how energy is drawn to reduce waste and extend runtime, and manages charging to protect cell health. In practice it means longer real-world runtime than the raw capacity suggests, and a longer service life.
Can it charge from solar while I am using it?
Yes, it supports daytime solar charging while powering devices. During a longer outage that is what turns a few hours of backup into all-day power, provided you have panels and reasonable sun.
Is 700W enough for my appliances?
It covers fans, lights, routers, laptops, phones and a television. It is not enough for a rice cooker, kettle, iron or aircon, all of which draw more. Power Lifting Mode extends what it can handle for heating elements specifically.
Is it light enough to take camping?
