RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
This policy is valid for the Philippines only.
At VMi Direct, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service in accordance with the consumer protection standards set by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394).
✅ 1. 7-Day Replacement for Defective Products
If your purchased item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for a replacement or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
This policy applies only to products that are found to be defective upon arrival or develop a verified manufacturing defect within the first 7 days of use.
⚠️ This policy does not cover “change of mind” returns, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
📄 2. Proof of Purchase Required
To qualify for a replacement, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as:
- Official receipt
- Sales invoice
- Order confirmation email
- Transaction record from our website
Without proof of purchase, we may not be able to process your replacement request.
📦 3. Condition of the Product
The item must be returned in original condition, which includes:
- Complete with original packaging and labels
- All accessories, manuals, cables, and freebies included
- No signs of physical damage, tampering, or improper use
- In a resalable (marketable) condition
Products that are damaged due to mishandling, modification, or incorrect installation will not be eligible for replacement.

- Offer store credit or alternative solutions in special circumstances

Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of VMi Direct and are not guaranteed.

Frequently asked questions
Should I choose the W100 Bi-Color or the W100R RGB?
Bi-Color adjusts between warm and cool white, which is what you need for lighting faces, products and interviews. RGB adds full colour, which is for putting colour on a background or creating an effect. If your work is mainly people and products, Bi-Color does everything you need for less.
What is the difference between the standard and KIT versions?
The KIT bundles additional accessories with the light. Check what is included against the price difference, since a kit is only better value if you would have bought those parts separately.
Is 100W bright enough?
For a single-subject setup at close to medium range, yes. The large 31mm light bead with diffuse transmission technology spreads light evenly with reduced glare. For a large room or a group, either move it closer or add a second light.
Can I control it from my phone?
Yes, through the COLBOR Studio app, which lets you adjust the light remotely rather than reaching behind it mid-shoot. That matters when the light is on a stand behind a subject or above head height.
Which mount does it use?
The W-series Wonder lights use C-mount rather than Bowens. The MAR adapter converts between the two if you already own Bowens modifiers. Check this before ordering a softbox, since the wrong fitting will not attach.
Can it run on battery?
Yes, with the PB74 battery base for Wonder Series lights. That covers location work and keeps you shooting through a brownout, which is why battery operation matters more here than in most markets.
