RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
This policy is valid for the Philippines only.
At VMi Direct, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service in accordance with the consumer protection standards set by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394).
✅ 1. 7-Day Replacement for Defective Products
If your purchased item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for a replacement or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
This policy applies only to products that are found to be defective upon arrival or develop a verified manufacturing defect within the first 7 days of use.
⚠️ This policy does not cover “change of mind” returns, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

To qualify for a replacement, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as:

Without proof of purchase, we may not be able to process your replacement request.

The item must be returned in original condition, which includes:
- Complete with original packaging and labels
- All accessories, manuals, cables, and freebies included
- No signs of physical damage, tampering, or improper use
- In a resalable (marketable) condition
Products that are damaged due to mishandling, modification, or incorrect installation will not be eligible for replacement.

Why would I need three different mounting points?
They give completely different footage from the same ride. A handlebar mount shows the trail ahead and the bike working. A helmet mount follows where you look. A chest strap sits low and shows your hands and the terrain. Riders switch between them rather than choosing one.
What is the difference between the curved and flat adhesive mounts?
The curved mount is shaped for the top of a helmet, and the flat one for level surfaces such as a tank, fairing or board. Using the wrong one leaves gaps in the adhesive contact, which is how mounts come loose.
How do I fit the adhesive mounts properly?
Clean the surface thoroughly, fit at room temperature, and let the adhesive cure before riding. Most mount failures come from fitting to a dusty or wet helmet and using it straight away rather than from the adhesive itself.
What is the extension pole for?
It adds length to a mount, which moves the camera further from the bike or helmet. That gives a third-person perspective on a 360 camera, where the pole itself disappears from the stitched footage.
