RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
This policy is valid for the Philippines only.
At VMi Direct, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service in accordance with the consumer protection standards set by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394).
✅ 1. 7-Day Replacement for Defective Products
If your purchased item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for a replacement or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
This policy applies only to products that are found to be defective upon arrival or develop a verified manufacturing defect within the first 7 days of use.
⚠️ This policy does not cover “change of mind” returns, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

How long does the Enduro battery actually last?
Over 2.5 hours at 1080p30, and up to 1.5 hours at 5.3K30. Higher resolutions draw considerably more power, so plan spares around the resolution you actually shoot rather than the headline figure.
What makes Enduro different from a standard battery?
It holds performance better across temperature extremes, from hot to freezing. In Philippine conditions the heat end matters, since ordinary action camera batteries lose capacity and shorten recording time when the camera warms up.
Which cameras does this 1900mAh battery fit?
The HERO13 Black. Note it is different from the 1720mAh Enduro used by HERO 9 through 12, so batteries are not interchangeable between those generations. Check your camera before ordering.
How many batteries do I need for a full day?
Two at minimum for casual use, three if you shoot high resolution continuously. Battery life is the practical limit on any action camera, and running out mid-activity is the usual complaint.
Can I charge it in the camera instead?
Yes, but the camera cannot be used while charging and only one battery charges at a time. The dual charger lets you rotate batteries continuously, which is the reason to buy the kit version.
