RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
This policy is valid for the Philippines only.
At VMi Direct, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service in accordance with the consumer protection standards set by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394).
✅ 1. 7-Day Replacement for Defective Products
If your purchased item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for a replacement or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
This policy applies only to products that are found to be defective upon arrival or develop a verified manufacturing defect within the first 7 days of use.
⚠️ This policy does not cover “change of mind” returns, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

To qualify for a replacement, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as:

How much fog control does it give?
5 density levels from light haze to thick smoke, at 30W. Light haze is what most photography needs, since it makes light beams visible without obscuring the subject. Thick smoke is for effect shots.
What does the detachable fan do?
It spreads the fog evenly rather than letting it clump in one place, which is what makes haze look natural rather than like an obvious puff of smoke. Being detachable means you can direct fog tightly when you want a defined plume.
Can I trigger it from a distance?
Yes, with the 10-metre wireless remote. That matters when you are behind the camera and the fog machine is positioned behind or beside the subject, which is where it usually needs to be.
How does it compare to the CF5?
