RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
This policy is valid for the Philippines only.
At VMi Direct, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service in accordance with the consumer protection standards set by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394).
✅ 1. 7-Day Replacement for Defective Products
If your purchased item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for a replacement or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
This policy applies only to products that are found to be defective upon arrival or develop a verified manufacturing defect within the first 7 days of use.
⚠️ This policy does not cover “change of mind” returns, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

- In a resalable (marketable) condition
Products that are damaged due to mishandling, modification, or incorrect installation will not be eligible for replacement.

Frequently asked questions
How many times can I recharge these EBL LN-8112 batteries?
Up to 1,200 cycles. Even at one full charge a week that is over twenty years of use, so in practice they outlast the devices they power. Each cell replaces hundreds of disposable alkalines over its life.
Can I use them straight out of the packet?
Yes. They arrive pre-charged to 15 to 20 percent of capacity using solar energy, so they work immediately. Give them a full charge before first serious use to get the best performance.
Why do they only give 1.2V when alkalines give 1.5V?
That is inherent to NiMH chemistry. Most devices run perfectly on 1.2V, but some with battery-level indicators read the lower voltage as nearly flat. If a device rejects them, choose the EBL TB-1443 1.5V lithium rechargeable instead.
Do they perform well when new?
They reach full performance after 3 to 5 charge and discharge cycles. That is normal for NiMH cells, so do not judge capacity from the first use or after a long period in storage.
Which charger should I use?
Any EBL NiMH charger, such as the LN-6907, LN-6499 or LN-6420. Do not use a charger intended only for lithium cells, and never attempt to charge alkaline batteries in a NiMH charger.
Should I choose 2800mAh or 2300mAh?
2800mAh runs longer per charge and suits high-drain devices such as camera flashes, wireless microphones and game controllers. The 2300mAh LN-8111 costs less and is ample for remotes, clocks and low-drain devices where the extra capacity is wasted.
