RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
This policy is valid for the Philippines only.
At VMi Direct, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service in accordance with the consumer protection standards set by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394).
✅ 1. 7-Day Replacement for Defective Products
If your purchased item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for a replacement or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
This policy applies only to products that are found to be defective upon arrival or develop a verified manufacturing defect within the first 7 days of use.
⚠️ This policy does not cover “change of mind” returns, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.

To qualify for a replacement, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as:
- Official receipt
- Sales invoice
- Order confirmation email
- Transaction record from our website
Without proof of purchase, we may not be able to process your replacement request.

The item must be returned in original condition, which includes:
- Complete with original packaging and labels
- All accessories, manuals, cables, and freebies included
- No signs of physical damage, tampering, or improper use
- In a resalable (marketable) condition
Products that are damaged due to mishandling, modification, or incorrect installation will not be eligible for replacement.

IP67 waterproof rating kaya panatag ako kahit naambunan habang nakabilad sa labas. Matibay ang ETFE coating!

How far can I expand the capacity?
Three routes. One B230 battery takes it to 4121.6Wh. Two B210 batteries take it to 6348Wh. Two B300 batteries take it to 8217.6Wh. Start with the base unit and add capacity later rather than buying for a worst case you may never meet.
What can 2700W continuous actually run?
Almost anything in a Philippine household except air conditioning. Refrigerator, rice cooker, kettle, microwave, television, fans, lights and a computer, though not all simultaneously. Power Lifting Mode extends this to 3900W for heating appliances specifically.
How quickly does it recharge?
0 to 80 percent in about an hour using up to 2400W AC input. That matters during rolling brownouts, since the window between outages is often short and a slower unit would not be ready for the next one.
What are the six charging methods?
AC mains, solar, car socket, generator, lead battery, or AC and solar combined. Solar input accepts up to 1000W. The combined mode is the fastest and useful when you want a full charge before an expected outage.
Can it run an air conditioner?
A small inverter aircon may start on 2700W, but runtime would be short at that draw and the compressor cycling makes it inefficient. Power stations are better used for fans, lights, refrigeration and electronics. Aircon needs a generator or a whole-home system.
