RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY
This policy is valid for the Philippines only.
At VMi Direct, we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service in accordance with the consumer protection standards set by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) and the Consumer Act of the Philippines (R.A. 7394).
✅ 1. 7-Day Replacement for Defective Products
If your purchased item has a manufacturing defect, you may return it for a replacement or exchange within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase.
This policy applies only to products that are found to be defective upon arrival or develop a verified manufacturing defect within the first 7 days of use.
⚠️ This policy does not cover “change of mind” returns, accidental damage, misuse, or normal wear and tear.
📄 2. Proof of Purchase Required
To qualify for a replacement, you must provide a valid proof of purchase, such as:
- Official receipt
- Sales invoice
- Order confirmation email
- Transaction record from our website
Without proof of purchase, we may not be able to process your replacement request.
📦 3. Condition of the Product
The item must be returned in original condition, which includes:
- Complete with original packaging and labels
- All accessories, manuals, cables, and freebies included
- No signs of physical damage, tampering, or improper use
- In a resalable (marketable) condition
Products that are damaged due to mishandling, modification, or incorrect installation will not be eligible for replacement.

- Change of mind
- Wrong color, size, or model selected
- Buyer’s remorse
- Products that are not defective

Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of VMi Direct and are not guaranteed.

Ang galing! Super convenient kasi no need na mag-connect sa app or Bluetooth. Power on lang, then OK gesture, start na agad ang tracking. Perfect for my cooking vlogs! Smooth pa yung 360 rotation.
Mas mabilis mag-lock sa face at mas accurate. Yung luma ko kasi, parang robot gumalaw. Eto, smooth, parang tao yung nagki-camera. Highly recommend.
Kung desktop use lang, perfect na perfect. Pero pag dinala ko sa labas, medyo mabigat pala para sa 300g na claim. Siguro dahil sa internal motors. Bawas isang star lang.
Minsan blue, minsan green. Hindi ko sure kung full charge na ba. Sana may percentage indicator na lang. Nagulat ako bigla na lang nag-red flash. Working naman yung tracker.
Yung 360 pan, 5 stars. Yung 30 degree tilt, medyo limited. Sana mas malaki pa yung up/down angle. Pero sa presyo, okay na 'to at walang app hassle.
Kahit busy yung kamay ko sa paghihiwa or paghalo, hindi na ako kailangan mag-stop para i-adjust yung camera. OK gesture lang, start na. Very practical.
Mas gumanda yung lighting ko dahil sa freedom to move! Pwede akong lumapit sa window. Mas natural tuloy yung shots ko. Happy!
Finally, hindi na ako kailangan mag-adjust ng laptop camera. Pag nag-present ako, kahit tumayo ako sa likod ng desk, sinundan pa rin ako. Malaking tulong sa professional look ng calls.
Noiseless talaga yung rotation niya. Importanteng-importante to saakin kasi nagre-record ako ng voice-over. Walang extra background noise sa video ko. Ang linis ng audio.
Sa mga naglalaro ng instruments habang nagre-record, perfect 'to. Pero pag nag-jump ka bigla, kailangan mo bumalik sa center para ma-catch ka ulit. Still, solid for most uses.
Compared sa ibang gimbals na may app, mas mura na 'to, mas madali pang gamitin. Simpleng gadget pero sobrang powerful ng AI. Sulit na sulit para sa budget ng Pinoy content creator!
Since walang app/Bluetooth, hindi ako nag-aalala sa data ko. Built-in yung intelligence niya. Sana lahat ng gadgets ganito ka-smart at secure.
Ang simple lang ng controls. Walang buttons na nakakalito. Power on, gesture, done. Eto talaga ang kailangan ng lahat.
Fan na ako ng Hohem gimbals, pero eto, mas convenient pa. Sa mga tamad mag-set up ng app, eto na ang sagot! Live stream ready anytime, anywhere.
May 1/4" hole, kaya na-mount ko sa stand. Ang ganda ng integration sa external mic. Hindi sumasabit sa unit. Smooth ang set-up ko.
PC+ABS material, so hindi madaling dapuan ng dumi. Pinupunasan ko lang, parang bago ulit. Ang ganda tignan sa desk ko.
Nag-order ako ulit ng dalawa. Pang-regalo sa mga pamangkin kong mahilig mag-TikTok. Alam ko magagamit nila at hindi sila mahihirapan.
Okay na okay for Zoom meetings and steady vlogging. Minsan lang, pag mabilis masyado yung pag-ikot ko, may 1-second lag bago ako masundan ulit. Pero babalik din naman agad sa track.
Sabi ko sa asawa ko, retired na siya as my cameraman! Haha. Nasanay na ako sa freedom na binibigay nito. Ang tagal pa ng battery life. Sulit na investment.
Yung AI is smart. Kaso pag gabi na at lamp light lang, parang nagji-jitter yung tracking. Kailangan ko talaga mag-on ng extra light. Pero okay lang, at least gumagana pa rin.
2 hours lang, full charge na agad! Tapos 10 hours na battery life. Hindi na ako napa-power nap habang naghihintay mag-charge. Pwedeng-pwede pang rush projects.
Akala ko basic lang. Pero yung AI tracking, ang advanced pala. Hindi siya nagbe-break kahit may minor obstacles. Very well made.
Worth it! Sobrang laking tulong nito sa live selling ko. Kahit maglakad-lakad ako, hindi ako nawawala sa frame. Plus, matagal maubos yung 10-hour battery. Recommended sa lahat ng content creators.
Bonus lang yung design, pero I love it! Para siyang aesthetic na desk piece. Pero siyempre, mas gusto ko yung performance. Ang bilis mag-recognize ng face, di na kailangan ng third-party app.
May times na pag nag-pan ako, may slight squeaking sound yung motor. Hindi naman na-i-include sa audio ng phone ko, pero annoying pakinggan sa room. Hopefully, hindi siya made-defective soon.
Ginagamit ko for pet monitoring. Kahit gumalaw-galaw yung aso ko, na-cacapture niya pa rin sa frame. Parang may extra pair of eyes ako. Minsan, ako yung tinatrack, haha.
Sabi 0.5m to 3.5m. Pero parang mas maganda ang performance between 1m to 2m. Pag sobrang lapit or sobrang layo, medyo naliligaw yung AI. Adjust lang.
Matibay yung clamp, hindi plastic na madaling masira. Mukhang tatagal talaga. Hindi na ako natatakot na mahulog yung phone ko. Thank you for the quality build.
