How to Use VOX

Keep the device in TURN OFF status. Then hold the [CH-] & [Power] keys at the same time for about 8 seconds to turn on the radio. After that, you can speak without pressing the PTT key.

Tips

The intercom volume ranges from 1 to 8. It only changes the receiving volume. For example, selecting volume 1 means you'll hear a very low volume when someone else is talking. It does not change the broadcast voice volume. When you press the VOL+ key, it will say "Volume 2", "Volume 3", etc., but the broadcast announcement volume will stay the same.
