•How do I place an order online?

It's easy! When you see a product that you'd like to order, click on the big "Add to Cart" button. This should send you directly to "Your Cart” page.

At this point, you’re able to checkout as a guest or register an account. We recommend registering as this will make it so much easier the next time you shop because you won't have to re-enter all your info. It also makes it easier to log in and check on your order status.

•How do I check on an order I have placed?

 You can view the status of an order by logging in to your account and selecting Order History. You will also receive an email confirming the details of your purchase once your order is placed, and again once your order is fulfilled.

•How do I cancel or change an order?

We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed, so please contact us ASAP to request a change or a cancellation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed or cancelled the following business day.

•Why was my order cancelled?

Occasionally, orders or parts of an order are cancelled by our system for various reasons. Reasons for cancellation may include:

  • Item(s) not available.
  • Cannot ship to the address provided.

If your order is cancelled, you will receive an email notice alerting you to the cancellation. You will not be billed for any cancelled items, however please allow several business days for the refund to process. If you are interested in placing a new order or if you have questions about a cancelled order, please contact us.

•Does anyone else see the information that I provide VMI?
